Here you will find the in depth details about what you can expect from us!

Currently our processing time is 2 weeks. Because our designs are made to order we require a longer processing time to make sure we can fulfill your purchases to our highest quality standards. On occassion our processing times will change during different times of the year. Before making a purchase make sure your timeline requirements can accomdate our processing time. This does not include the time to ship so also keep this in mind. View our blog post all about shipping here!

Returns:

Purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase or shipping receive date. All items must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging. Original packaging includes any promotional goods included in your purchase such as gifts with purchase, special discount offers and the like. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs will be deducted from the return amount of the original purchase. Bell+Whistle reserves the right to decline any returns should they not meet the above policy. 

Custom orders, Mystery Boxes and sale items are final sale

Exchanges:

Purchases may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or shipping receive date. All items must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging. Original packaging includes any promotional goods included in your purchase such as gifts with purchase, special discount offers and the like. Return and Re shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Bell+Whistle reserves the right to decline any exchanges should they not meet the above policy.

Local Pickup:

As a courtesy to all of the Bell+Whistle fans we offer FREE local pick ups for your purchases! Hurrah! When choosing this option please be kind and respectful of the shop hours and co-scheduled time for your pick up. A $25 administration & processing fee + the cost of shipping will be charged to those who do not pick up during their co-scheduled time after 2 attempts and the items will then be shipped to you. Co-Schedule is the combination of both the shop and your schedules to set a time that works for everyone. 

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are available! We offer a wide selection of options to customize any of the current designs in our shop! Add some fringe, personalize with names or quotes, change the color, it's up to you! send an email to hello@bellnwhistleboutique.com to inquire and receive a quote.

Custom orders are for current designs and textiles currently available in the shop and may incur additional material or design fees. Like any other purchases made in the shop custom orders also require payment in full prior to fulfilment. 

Custom Design:

Special Projects:

We love to give new life to your old items and get a lot of requests to send us fabrics, old clothes, those beautiful baby wraps and more which we of course welcome with open arms! Send an email to hello@bellnwhistleboutique.com to inquire and receive a quote for your special project.
